down a winding farm track, Pawton Springs offers the ultimate escape.

Our former Duchy Farmhouse and Gypsy Hideaway have been tastefully restored to provide guests and their four-legged friends with a unique and unforgettable holiday experience.

With breathtaking views of the countryside and surrounded by nature, we offer the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

No more than a 30 minute drive to six of the best beaches North Cornwall has to offer.

Our Accommodation

At Pawton Springs, we offer a four bedroom cottage sleeping up to six people with
a wood-fired hot tub or for a more romantic stay there is a replica Gypsy Caravan
for up to two people in its own 'hideaway' with private facilities.

 
Both are dog-friendly and have full use of the grounds
with a paddock and 'catch and release' fishing lake.

The Farmhouse

A warm welcome awaits you at The Farmhouse! Tucked away down an unmade and remote farm track, this former Duchy farmhouse is situated in an idyllic location. The perfect retreat for families and friends, you can enjoy the spacious kitchen to prepare delicious feasts, or snuggle up in the sitting room with its large woodburner, that promises a cosy night in, the downstairs bedroom and shower room is ideal if not wanting to use the stairs.
 

While away sunny afternoons in the secluded garden with its wood fired hot tub or explore the grounds, with its own fishing lake, a real adventure for the children and four paws. The property even has its own water supply from Pawton Springs.

The Gypsy Hideaway

The Gypsy Hideaway is truly the perfect place to escape the stresses and strains of daily life.

This beautiful spot benefits from far reaching views across north Cornwall.

 

Inside is cosy and welcoming, with everything you need for a blissful escape, including a woodburner and sumptuous double bed. The Gypsy Hideaway comes with its own private chalet where you can cook up some fresh local produce in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with indoor seating area. As evening draws in, relax and unwind on the covered wooden patio, where you can enjoy a barbecue and toast marshmallows on the fire pit as the sun sets, before returning to the cosy gypsy caravan.
